文字語言不如話語，客服的回覆，用詞我覺得要加強，才可讓客人更無障礙使用。另外，預約成功，希望隔日馬上給予租車聯絡方式，而非回覆租車3日前，有問題詢問都不知道該到哪問，問客服，因為文字關係，還回覆的讓人不太舒服。
