CHIH-HANG Car Rental - Taipei Chengde
Staff was friendly, courteous, and meticulous in going through the details of the rental contract and the car condition with me. She even recommended me places to visit. Overall fuss free. Do give yourself about 20-30 minutes from the time visiting the rental store to complete the procedures and get the car.

取車還車流程非常慢，每次達45分鐘以上，店內只有一人做事，車輛很多地少都碰花了，車頭大燈亦是壞的，夜間亦只能開車頭高燈代替，從未在其他租車公司碰上以上事情

台北那台車子外觀較舊也有很多傷痕生銹內裝較髒，冷氣也不足但租車不要求那麼多能走就算了 開到花蓮出發到台東半路先是沒冷氣最後沒動力發現水溫超高停到一旁找店家處理，還好的是全市也有分店花蓮那邊立即發另一台車過來更換，但壞車地離花蓮市區有點遠等待需時錯過了台東的氣球節乘坐環節…… 希望店家多保養車子減少壞車這種情況發生

我們租的車他貼了隔熱紙 影響駕駛，因為根本望不到左右，晚上開車更辛苦
