租車時間6/1-6/5 租BMW 5 series 當天6/1接機至取車點要簽契約時，突然說沒有我要租的BMW 5系，換了輛Range Rover Evoque給我，也沒提前寄信通知！（不然我就不租） 當天的承辦人員也不清楚，還扯說升級Evoque給我，他們這兩輛的承租價格一樣，何來的升級說？ 重點前座的兩個點菸器孔無法使用，車內裝老舊、地墊都砂子、雨刷水沒加，一直亮雨刷水不足的警示燈 ! !跟本沒整理就出租，真的神扯！ 如要車充，請自行買車充插後車廂，後車廂有個12v的點菸器孔（中央扶手兩個usb插了線會無法手機連藍芽播導航、音樂） 技術不好或沒把握的，千萬不要租這台，市區、其他地方某些腳路不好，很吃技術，本人是汽車教練，安全下莊，雨刷水也幫他們加滿。 沒任何的補償或折扣等，也不想要求了，開心出門不想掃興了，只能說很誇張，承辦人員自己也不清不楚！
